Entry Procedures and Submission
The following must be submitted in order to consider the film for competition prior to the deadline.
- A fully completed entry form
- One VHS or DVD copy of the film (PAL, or NTSC formats are all acceptable) with English subtitles
- Dialogue list in English
- At least one or more still (color or B&W) of the film
- A biography, filmography, and a still of the director
- A short synopsis or description of the film
- Tapes and DVDs must be sent by mail or courier service, and carry the declaration “for temporary cultural purpose only, no commercial value” or “less than $10 value.”
- A $30 fee must accompany the submission. This fee can be paid by credit card, bank or cashier’s check payable to IFVC.
